My Year of Possibility

I have been saving money for this personal quest for some time now.  While I have enough to cover the basic necessities, I would love a bit more to ensure that not only will I be able to see the elephants in India - but i could afford to actually take a tour on one of them.  After finding a dollar bill in the back pocket of my freshly washed jeans, it hit me.  There are many dollars being unused and forgotten when they could be helping me voyage the world!  I want those neglected dollars...

Thus, I call out to whomever can dig up 10 spare dimes, 20 spare nickels, 100 spare pennies, or a coveted silver dollar coin.  If you could part with just 1 dollar you find hidden under a cushion and put it toward a plane ride to Thailand or a day of exploration on a Greek Island - I would be so grateful.
